Located in a contrasted context of industry and agriculture, the hub is conceived as a simple industrial shed immersed in a green environment. The program is deployed on the site according to strict rules of efficiency of supply and loading as well as smooth truck circulation. The ground floor is divided into zones of parking and circulation punctuated by nodal points of control which are marked by canopies and control rooms. The existing storage space on the ground floor of the main building is extended under the added shed on the roof. The rest of the space is used for administrative offices that benefit from a circulation core that is located outside the main building in the opposite garden. It is linked to the main building by a pedestrian passage that bridges above the trucks' circulation.
