The residential towers are built upon two variations of a repetitive floor plan consisting of different units (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms), and two last floors consisting of duplex apartments, laid out around gardens, voids and projecting balconies. The towers are wrapped by two screens of white horizontal aluminum blades. In addition to unifying the different architectonic elements, these screens act as a sun-shading device that shields the transparent volumes behind while allowing glimpses of the greenery from the suspended gardens.
