The residential towers are built upon two variations of a repetitive floor plan consisting of different units (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms), and two last floors consisting of duplex apartments, laid out around gardens, voids and projecting balconies. The towers are wrapped by two screens of white horizontal aluminum blades. In addition to unifying the different architectonic elements, these screens act as a sun-shading device that shields the transparent volumes behind while allowing glimpses of the greenery from the suspended gardens. At certain instances, these shields are voided out in order to frame protruding boxes which enclose privileged reception areas that have been treated as detached midspace objects. The duplex apartments on the last floors have been treated as independent villas with private gardens and swimming pools.
