The project's L-shaped layout is carefully oriented towards the sea view, creating a private garden sanctuary. By turning its back to the streets and neighboring properties, the villa ensures utmost privacy for its residents, allowing them to immerse themselves fully in the tranquil ambiance. At the heart of the villa lies a circular pavilion, a symbolic centerpiece that houses the living and reception spaces, along with an open kitchen, where the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living blur seamlessly. Upon entering the villa, visitors are greeted by a cascading series of internal levels that guide them naturally towards the inviting garden. Each level unfolds gracefully, encouraging exploration and connection with the outdoor environment. The private rooms of the villa occupy a split level above the garden, offering panoramic views of the surroundings while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Below, a shaded terrace and a multipurpose glass pool pavilion provide respite from the California sun, inviting relaxation and contemplation amidst lush greenery.
