The project is a multi-residential building located in a thriving , up-and-coming neighborhood. The building raised on pilotis , offers a range of housing options, including one-bedroom studios and spacious duplex apartments, catering to a diverse range of residents. The crowning jewel of this building is the roof, which features a gym and restaurant. This area is further enhanced by an outdoor deck and an infinity pool boasting spectacular views towards the capital. On the main access road, the building features balconies/gardens that are designed to recede towards the center of the facade.
