The twin towers were conceived as a series of vertical residential strata which striate the project from end to end. These strata are derived from the combinations of the different residential units (1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and penthouse) in plan. They try to unify in one vertical gesture the various interplay between protrusions and voids along the floors. A white diaphanous moucharrabiah skin molds itself onto this morphology, and, conforming to the program of the project, the skin densifies and tends to solidity on the lower floors, especially in front of the parking podium, while it disintegrates and loses opacity towards the upper floors as to give the penthouses more transparent facades. Occasionally, this mesh also folds to reveal bigger voids within the elevation, harboring lushly planted suspended gardens.
