Located on a newly developed commercial boulevard in the area of Chiah, this building combines office floors and a commercial podium. Its critical location at the intersection of two major streets informs its design. Voided at its angle to provide a larger field of vision for the corner offices, it is clad from top to bottom with an aluminum framework that unifies the reading of the façade as the building shifts functions, serves as a potential support for signage, planters, and, most importantly, for the micro-perforated PVC shaders that can all be installed by the tenants, in-line with the core and shell development policy of the project.
